Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Muloo Signals website and application, operated by Muloo. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Muloo Signals helps HubSpot-using teams research prospects, draft personalised outreach, manage a human-approved task queue, and sync qualified leads to HubSpot. The service prepares research and drafts; you review, edit, approve and send outreach yourself.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party platform you interact with (including LinkedIn and HubSpot). You must not use the service to send spam, to automate connection requests or messages on LinkedIn, or to circumvent any platform's terms. The human-in-the-loop send step is a core requirement, not an option.
3. Your data and authorisations
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload prospect data and to connect your HubSpot portal. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance per the pricing on our site. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period; annual plans run to term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service and its software. You retain all rights in your data. AI-generated drafts are provided for your use; you are responsible for reviewing them before sending.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muloo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination we delete or return your data per the Privacy Policy and DPA.
